STEP 1: Make sure the property is still available. Call or text (preferred) at 470-925-8323 to make sure the property is available. If it is already rented, please choose another property.
STEP 2: View the property. Please do not apply unless you personally have seen both the inside and outside of the property. There are two ways to view the property. The first is through Rently’s self-viewing lock box. This allows you to view that property and other properties with Rently lock boxes for the cost of $1 (not just one property). The second is to call our rental agent at 470-925-8323 and answer a few pre-screening questions.
STEP 3: Apply online. Locate the property that you are interested in renting and click “apply”. If you have any questions, you can call us at 470-925-8323. If we request documentation from you, please submit those as soon as possible or a decision may be delayed.
STEP 4: Reserve the property. If your application is approved, you will need to schedule a time to reserve the property at our Midtown Atlanta office on Peachtree Street (We are no longer at our Downtown Jonesboro office).
STEP 5: Sign the lease and pay first month’s rent.
STEP 6: Get utilities on in your name.
STEP 7: Move In

Due to the great deal of time and costs associated with processing a rental application, the application fee is non-refundable.
Per our agreement with our credit reporting bureau, we are not able to give you a copy of your credit report. However, we can provide you with info on how to obtain your credit report directly from the credit bureau for free.
