Sustainable Living with Scenic Views from Mt. Tabor
Fourteen new single-family homes on Mt. Tabor created a community-oriented subdivision with a shared courtyard and amenity spaces, allowing neighbors to create memories and enjoy their homes together. Located on SE Yamhill and stretching up and over Mt. Tabor, the development offered stunning forest and city views from every home.
The first home was listed in April 2016 and went pending within five days. Built in partnership with Ethan Beck Homes, these homes were sustainably constructed and earned Earth Advantage Certification, along with high Energy Performance Scores.
The project included a shared wooded area and a public trail connecting Belmont Street to Mt. Tabor Park. Six of the homes were built on a shared lot and featured a terraced garden space and common area.
