PORTLAND, OR 97232

Historic Oldsmobile Showroom Transformed into Vibrant Commercial Hub

The building serves as a central bakery, distribution hub, and home for La Provence, a successful French bakery and bistro with multiple locations throughout the Portland region.

Green Light converted the 18,500-square-foot building into a commercial multi-tenant property, which included a large production kitchen and bakery. The remainder of the property was fully leased to retail and office tenants. The building became a visual landmark on Sandy Blvd., with its bright turquoise color highlighting its mid-century design and historic features.
