One of the unique aspects of this adaptive reuse project was its integration of five distinct yet complementary operating businesses.
The asset is anchored by CENTRL Office a co-working space that features a coffee shop lobby with adjoining meeting rooms. Portland-based bar and restaurant Loyal Legion, occupies the ground floor, offering 100 California beers on tap. The rooftop was transformed into Flora, a 3,500-square-foot event space designed to accommodate up to 150 guests.
