The Hub of Innovation and Opportunity
Green Light created its first Opportunity Zone fund to purchase and renovate the former home of the California Medical Association in the heart of Downtown Sacramento. One of the unique aspects of this adaptive reuse project was its integration of five distinct yet complementary operating businesses.
The asset is anchored by CENTRL Office a co-working space that features a coffee shop lobby with adjoining meeting rooms. Portland-based bar and restaurant Loyal Legion, occupies the ground floor, offering 100 California beers on tap. The rooftop was transformed into Flora, a 3,500-square-foot event space designed to accommodate up to 150 guests.
