A Public-Private Partnership Success in Old Town Sherwood

Located 15 miles southwest of Downtown Portland, Cannery Row Apartments was developed as a public-private partnership with the City of Sherwood. The project transformed a 6.5-acre former cannery site in the heart of Sherwood’s historic, small-town district into a 101-unit apartment community with 131 surface parking stalls. Green Light played a key role in every stage of the project, from initial concept to execution and lease-up.
