The project will be made possible through a combination of public funding and private financing, reflecting a collaborative effort with Home First Development to address affordable housing needs in Portland. The project is financed with $5.2 million in Local Innovation Fast Track (LIFT) funds from Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS), a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Grant from Metro to support energy efficiency, and debt financing from KeyBank.
